theConnexion The organisation is established to encourage and develop connections and involvement with young people in the Local Community, responding to their needs and working closely with them in developing an action plan which will be relevant and attractive to them.

This will be achieved by working together with young people in the community to encourage and develop democracy, responsibility, mutual respect and citizenship within the community, and will involve empowering, promoting self esteem, social, spiritual and community education.
