The organisation is established for the advancement of education, citizenship and community development, and the provision of recreational facilities.  It will encourage and develop connections and involvement with young people in the local community, responding to their needs and working closely with them in developing an action plan which will be relevant and attractive to them. 

It plans to achieve this by working together with young people in the community to encourage and develop a spirit of democracy, responsibility, citizenship and mutual respect within the community, and will involve empowering, promoting self esteem, social, spiritual and community education.

In addition to this, the organisation shall have the following secondary objectives:

• To educate young people to make wise life-style choices.
• To mobilise young people on community transforming projects. 
• Involve young people in the project from early days. 
• Provide a safe haven for young people (eg staffed drop-in centre)
• Establish contact with Churches, Community Council, Police, Council, Schools, Youth Groups and other community groups
